Born in Brazil, with Italian descendant Bruna Pucci is currently studying her multidisciplinary PhD with Ulster University, Northern Ireland, which involves being part of the school of Geography and Environmental Sciences (GES) and the Nutrition Innovation Centre for Food and Health (NICHE). Bruna has previously worked in industry for 3 years, as a Senior Scientist, her role was to increase the nutritional value of a food product through the growing process. She has completed a two year MSc in Food Science and Nutrition, where she took modules in Germany, Portugal, Belgium and Ireland after finishing her BSc in Biomedical Sciences in NUI Maynooth, Ireland in 2012. pucci-b[AT]ulster.ac.uk
