Dr. Donato Angelino had an oral communication focused on WPs 1, 2 and 3 of the VALID project. After a brief discussion of the results regarding the plasma gamma-valerolactone concentrations in the plasma samples of a subgroup of 2027 TUDA subjects, the results of the correlations between flavan-3-ols intake and plasma gamma-valerolactone concentrations have been shown for the subgroup of 410 TUDA subjects who partecipated to the phone recall about procyanidin-rich foods intake.

After the talk, very good chats (and food..!) have been shared with colleagues attending the meeting. Some pics to share with you all our great time!
Here the UNIPR lab is in a good company with colleagues from University of Milan and Univerisitat Rovira i Virgili !
